About Aaron · The person behind the hot seat

Aaron Ernst

Third-generation sales trainer.Broke records at 18.Still allergic to fake sales.

This is not the guru bio

I grew up around sales before I had language for what was happening. My grandfather sold books door to door, helped found the modern timeshare industry, and sold out projects at many resorts. My dad carried the same work forward, ran companies, trained rooms, and built around the craft.

So yes, sales is in the lineage. But that is not the interesting part.

The real origin

I got good early. Then had to get honest.

At 18, I broke records. I went on to train thousands of people, do millions in sales, sit through thousands of calls, and personally help more than 1,000 high-ticket coaches across the world.

But the part most sales bios skip is the internal fight. I was good at sales and still had hang-ups that sales was bad, pushy, or manipulative. I went from food stamps to freedom, but it was not a straight climb. That belief made me go up and down. It made me overthink the work I was already built to do.

The part that matters

Sales had to become clean.

I could be good at sales and still feel wrong about selling.
I could make money and still sabotage calls because part of me thought sales was manipulative.
I could know the script and still lose the room when the real objection showed up.
I could climb from food stamps to freedom and still have to rebuild my relationship with the work.

Receipts, not cosplay

The reps are real.

18Broke sales records before most people had even picked a lane.
1,000+High-ticket coaches personally helped across the world.
ThousandsOf real sales calls, real objections, real follow-up, real pressure.
MillionsIn sales produced through the reps, rooms, offers, and client work.

What he teaches now

Not tricks. Certainty.

The best closing is not forcing someone. It is removing the fog so the right decision becomes obvious.

Tell the truth faster.
Name the thing everyone is avoiding.
Create certainty without pressure.
Stop performing “salesperson” and start leading the decision.
Use frame, clarity, and conviction instead of tricks.
Make the right next move obvious.

Current work

Sales coaching, AI systems, and hot seats.

Today I run a sales coaching company and an AI agency. The work is still the same at the root: find the real buyer, clean up the frame, say the true thing, and make the next move obvious.

Sales coaching for founders, coaches, consultants, creators, agencies, and service providers who need cleaner calls.
AI systems and agency work that turn buyer clarity, follow-up, and client acquisition into something less fragile.
The Savage Closer Podcast: live hot seats where the real sales problem gets diagnosed in public.
